SMC-A 50mm 2.8 Macro? Sweet.

Yep, that's right. I pick this bad boy up today and can officially start to get serious about the world known as macro. I'm buying this lens from my photography prof at the university at a great price. In fact, I have already tried it out and loved it (see [link]).

Can't wait for spring so I can start to shoot some of the new growth and bugs.

that's definately older than the one i have. mine is also not APO.

i would not recommend my version (DG or DL, something like that), but can't speak for that one.

yeah, i like deviant better because people actually leave comments and such. everyone on flickr seems to feel the need to only do such things for their friends.
